This position has been created to support our growth, elevate quality, and strengthen the relationships we build with our clients and housekeepers across Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland, Morpeth, Sunderland and Tyne & Wear.
Supporting Our Housekeepers
Our housekeepers are the backbone of what we do. Every home we look after deserves consistency and professionalism, which is why this new role will focus on:
- Delivering a structured training planto maintain the highest housekeeping standards.
- Creating a slick onboarding processfor new staff, from setting up on our systems to learning the “Pure” way of working.
- Providing regular 1-2-1 meetings with housekeepers, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
- Carrying out cleaning checks and quality reviews so clients always receive the best service.
By investing in our people, we ensure our domestic cleaning service continues to stand apart from ordinary house cleaning.
Strengthening Client Relationships
