This approach not only enhances job satisfaction but also reduces employee turnover, meaning the same team will be cleaning your home consistently. We acknowledge that our rates may be higher than those of solo cleaners or even ‘competitors’ but this pricing reflects our investment in our staff and infrastructure, including a fully staffed office to support both our clients and housekeepers. Additionally, a 20% portion of our fees are allocated to government obligations, which is standard across businesses of our size, structure and compliance.These investments are intentional, as they enable us to provide reliable, high-quality services and ensure that our team is well-supported and fairly compensated.We believe that this holistic approach benefits our clients through consistent, exceptional service and contributes positively to the broader community by setting higher standards in the housekeeping industry.
