Welcoming Rebecca to Her New Role as Housekeeping Support & Training Manager

At Pure Concierge Cleaning Co, we’re passionate about supporting our team and delivering the very best housekeeping service across the North East. That’s why we’re delighted to officially introduce Rebecca Richardson, who has recently been promoted to the role of Housekeeping Support & Training Manager.

Rebecca has been part of the Pure Concierge team as a housekeeper, and as of 8th September 2025, she has stepped into this brand-new position within our management team. She will now be working alongside Vicki, our General Manager, to further strengthen training, onboarding, and client care.

Rebecca’s Journey

Rebecca’s career path has been varied and full of leadership experience. For over a decade, she worked as a CNC machine operator and team leader within Nissan’s supply chain in Sunderland, and before that as a team leader at Starbucks, a role she loved.

Having faced redundancy in both previous industries, Rebecca embraced the opportunity to take her career in a new direction with Pure Concierge Cleaning Co—first as a housekeeper, and now as a member of our management team.

What Drew Rebecca to This Role

When asked why she applied, Rebecca explained:

“What drew me to this role is the opportunity to support and lead a team whilst contributing to both business and individual growth. I’m excited to face new challenges, take on a more strategic role, and work alongside Vicki to help build a strong, confident team.”

Rebecca’s passion for supporting others, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards makes her the perfect fit for this role.

Her Role Day-to-Day

Rebecca will be working closely with our housekeepers and clients to:

  • Deliver structured trainingto ensure consistent housekeeping standards
  • Oversee onboardingfor new team members and introduce them to the “Pure way”
  • Carry out 1-2-1 reviewsand provide ongoing support to housekeepers
  • Conduct home visits and quality checksfor our clients
  • Keep communication strong through client check-ins and “happy calls”

A Few Fun Facts About Rebecca

Rebecca describes herself as hardworking, approachable, and focused, with strong leadership and communication skills. But there’s more to her than just work:

  • She’s a proud mum to a two-year-old daughter, with whom she loves exploring parks and countryside walks.
  • She has a passion for DIY and decorating—always finding new ways to make her home shine.
  • And for those who didn’t know… she used to be a keen gamer! 🎮

With her support, our housekeepers will continue to feel valued, trained, and motivated—and our clients will benefit from a proactive, personalised service that goes beyond ordinary house cleaning.

We’re excited to see Rebecca thrive in her new role and the positive impact she will make on the entire Pure Concierge family.
